The introduction of Rosi marks a significant advancement in public transportation around Chiemsee. This cost-effective on-demand public transport service allows for tailored bus journeys that can be booked easily and flexibly through its user-friendly platform, available from Monday to Sunday, starting at just €2.50 per ride, without the constraints of a fixed schedule.

Rosi operates across a network of 619 stops in 11 municipalities within the Chiemgau region, ensuring reliable pick-up at your chosen location and transport to your desired destination at your convenience.

Pricing is determined on a zonal basis, commencing with Zone 1 (up to 4 km) for €2.50 and extending to Zone 5 (beyond 15 km) for €6.00, with additional charges of €1.10 per extra kilometer. Passengers have the option to pay with a credit card through the app or make cash payments directly on the bus at the time of travel. The exact fare is clearly displayed prior to booking.

With a fleet of electric vehicles, Rosi offers prompt and dependable service from Monday to Thursday (7 AM to 10 PM), Friday (7 AM to 3 AM), Saturday (9 AM to 5 AM), and Sunday (9 AM to 8 PM) across various localities including Aschau im Chiemgau, Bad Endorf, Bernau, Breitbrunn, Eggstätt, Frasdorf, Gstadt am Chiemsee, Höslwang, Prien am Chiemsee, Rimsting, and Samerberg.

Strollers and buggies are permitted; however, Rosi cannot accommodate e-wheelchairs or larger luggage items beyond personal carry-on size, bicycles, or electric personal transporters such as e-scooters due to capacity constraints.
